Registration for daycare is quick and easy. Our enrolment process is designed to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for you and your family. Here is what to expect if our process:

Our team will contact you to confirm availability or inform you that your child has been placed on our waitlist.

3. A Tour to Remember

Once availability is confirmed, we will invite you for an exciting tour of our top-notch facilities. We look forward to meeting your little one and discussing all the important registration details, ensuring that we are the perfect fit for your childcare needs.

4. Paperwork Simplified

To make the enrollment process hassle-free, we will provide you with all the necessary contract and documentations through DocuSign for electronic signature. Simply fill in the required information, review the documents at your convenience, and complete your child's registration in a few easy steps.

5. Support Every Step of the Way

Once we receive your completed documents, our team will thoroughly review them and ensure that all information is correctly provided. In case any additional information is needed, we'll promptly reach out to you so that your child's registration can be completed efficiently.

6. Getting Started

To secure your child's place in our daycare, a registration deposit will be required. Following that, we will request postdated cheques or EFT information for the monthly fees. This helps us manage everything smoothly, so you can focus on your child's development with peace of mind.

7. A Warm Welcome

Finally, you and your child will receive a heartfelt welcome email from us! This email will contain all the essential information you need for your child's starting date, including important details about our emergency preparedness and an Emergency Kit. We want to ensure that your child feels safe, secure, and ready to thrive in our nurturing environment.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to you via email. To ensure a prompt response, kindly confirm that the email address in your application is correct.

Note: Don’t forget to let us know for which location & program you are requesting.

Registration Fees:

  • Waitlist & Online Registration is Free
  • There will be a non-refundable $250 Registration Process Fee

Deposit:

A deposit of $250 will be charged that will be deducted on the last month of the child’s enrollment, dependent on completion of the contract term (for Infant/Toddler and Group Daycare, the contract term is September to August, for Out of School Care and Preschool the contract term is September to June).

Re-Registration (for Parkland Players)

You can simply inform us throughout our Re-registration form.

If you have a new child to be added to our system please click here.

You will receive a confirmation once the re-registration is completed by us.

Note: Please notify us about any changes to the child’s profile.

Registration Fees:

A $200 non-refundable re-registration fee will be deducted from the child’s initial deposit.

Deposit:

As re-registration fees are getting deducted from the Initial Deposit, the remaining balance, if any, will be returned on the last month of the child’s enrollment from facilities dependent on completion of the contract term (for Infant/Toddler and Group Daycare the contract term is September to August, for Out of School Care and Preschool the contract term is September to June).
